TowerJazz offers specialty CMOS as well as digital CMOS process technologies with geometries ranging from 1.0- to 0.13-micron. We are divided into five business units: RF/High Performance Analog (including SiGe BiCMOS and RF CMOS offerings), Power Management (including our patented Y-Flash, the leading solution for NVM), CIS (CMOS Image Sensors), and Mixed-Signal/CMOS as well as TOPS (Technology Optimization Process Services) to expand capacity or provide second sourcing. We also offer foundry MEMS enablement solutions combined with high volume 150mm and 200mm CMOS wafer manufacturing.

In addition, our differentiated design enablement capabilities and unmatched customer support solutions deliver our leading technologies with the lowest risk and fastest time-to-market. Our industry recognized design tools and accurate device models provide near zero design risk for analog and RF designs. By offering the widest range of specialty process technologies combined with the most complete solution of proven design tools and modeling capabilities, we reduce the number of foundry suppliers needed by our customers.

For global capacity assurance, we offer manufacturing on three continents; two fabs (150mm and 200mm) in Israel, a 200mm fab in the U.S., a 200mm fab in Japan, and access to additional capacity through foundry partnerships in China.
